Does anyone feel like everything is more difficult than it ever was before MS? I just wrote a check and I feel exhausted. It’s ridiculous. I started my day with a shower so I can check that off the list.

She's such a warm person and has a live at 5, every Wednesday. She's helped so many people heal and the amount of evidence is growing. Free! No one deserves to suffer from this ridiculous illness.

Side note- I once had a special DNA test done to see which meds would work best for me by my psychia...

Does the weather immediately affect you?

I was diagnosed in June with RRMS after starting symptoms in Sept 2022. I'm trying to come to terms with my new normal. I'm struggling to return to work after being off since April. Today I went on site and trying to be mindful to not push it I used a mobility scooter for an outdoors meeting (the si...

Hi 59 year old finally waking up to the challenges MS presents

My MS journey started in 1989 with what transpired to be optic neuritis. Living in London in a bachelor pad that resembled a scene from the movie Animal House after a major relapse and a dose of steroids life went on. Yes rugby was a non starter but the chaos of a 20 year old continued at a ridiculo...
