Since being on Tysabri I haven't relapsed so I'm worried about having the treatment stopped. Do you think I would be bet...

Being on Tysabri while JCV+....How do you think about the risk?

Hi everyone, I've had MS for about a year and half and thankfully am in good health, but despite no symptoms my most recent scan showed a lot of activity, so I'm now on Tysabri. I'm JCV+ unfortunately, which means my risk of developing PML will increase to 1 in 5000 within the next two years, and ...

High jcv+ level, Tysabri and Gilena

Hi. I've been on Tysabri for over 7 years. My jcv+ level is 3.5, which I'm told is high. I've been told I may have to come off Ty to go on a tablet, Gilena, I think it's possibly called. Has anyone had to do this and how effective it is in comparison? Thank you

JCV news ...

So ...just found out I'm JCV positive...I'm a bit scared to be honest 😕. The value is 0.71.. I believe it low...if I read the chart correctly 😅... Did anyone on Tysabri had a low index and in time it changed in higher? After how long ?

Ocrevus and JCV positive

Hi everyone 👋 I am due to start Ocrevus at the start of May. I am feeling positive about it apart from one thing - I am JCV positive and have a worry about PML. Is there anyone on Ocrevus who is also JCV positive? Need some reassurance! Thank you 😃
