This heat is brutal. 90 degrees and super humid here in Wisconsin

Within 10 mins of being in this heat comes the dreaded MS hug. Frustrating and annoying. I remember enjoying summer 😭

How’s everyone getting on with this heat? One embarrassing thing I have I can’t even go a few steps without sweat dripping off me. So attractive 😔. Does anyone else have this? Not sure if it’s an MS thing or something else going on??

The UK is in heat hell. Anyone else struggle to sleep last night? I’m in work today and so underslept. I have an aircon unit but our apartment block is small and we all tend to stop all noise around 10pm… hosing sticking outside windows is noisy as hell!
