I’m still trying to my head around MS. I’m staying positive by reading quite a lot on Shift but does anyone know what the best places are for MS research? How do you find out what’s happening? I’m curious to find out what the latest findings are - thank you :)

Swatting MS with a stick!

Hi friends. It's been a while since I posted so I'll give you a quick run down. I went off all ms meds in sept of last year due to having a 1 in 100 chance of contracting PML. Then in december I had a flair up that had me in bed until march. It was horrific to say the least. So in march I started my...

Mitochondria, anxiety & depression

Hi All! Hope you're all well and staying positive. I wonder who has watched Terri Wahl's YouTube video? It was quite mind blowing for me.
