Spasticity and foot drop in my legs that I dont enjoy walking

Hi all I feel recently spasticityhas gotten worse, coupled with foot drop walking isn't relaxing and I feel takes a lot of effort. Walking on uneven pavements in the uk isn't fun so I tend to walk on roads as there a little more smooth as the pot wholes tend to be more in the middle of the road! 😅...

First question - spasticity or what?

Last year I saw 2 physios as I wanted to improve my mobility. Each time I did the exercises, I got really really stiff legs. Fast forward to December I was diagnosed. Relapsing remitting. However any time I do physio now I get the same stiffness in legs. I have taken Baclofen etc but it just makes...
