Building a ground floor extension

I’m fortunate that we have space to build an extension for wheelchair accessible ground floor living. If anyone else has done this are there any tips or suggestions to make it work best?

Kesimpta loading dose

Will start Kesimpta loading dose next week. Need some advice: I could start as early as 9/16, but I'm leery of starting it at the beginning of the work week. What has been everyone's loading dose experience with Kesimpta?
