Miracle

Two days ago a miracle happened with me. I walked 12000 steps, was playing frizbi and "football " Without being tired. Wasn't running just walking without stops 🥲 It was amazing 👏 Just one day miracle, now back to less, and in the end tired mode, but I'm happy 😊

MS, Anxiety & Stress management

Hi everyone, MS Society UK are running a course in Plymouth this month on MS, Stress & Anxiety management. Is anyone from here going? I’m attending as I figured it would be a good way to meet some others in the same place as me. Hope you are all well.

What were y'all's symptoms?

I'm being tested for MS and I was curious what symptoms people had. Most of mostly women but men are also fine to answer this question too. I have several of the symptoms and it runs in my family. My grandfather had it and I think I may have it from the symptoms. Won't know until my doctor's appoint...
