@ So I’ve had really long road. Got sick in March 20 20 of course lol so it took about 20 months to get my diagnosis and in that time I got misdiagnosed two or three times. so here I am. Got my official diagnosis in January 2022 and I still feel like I have to explain myself to my close friends about how I don’t want to travel and go to a bunch of noisy places. I feel like they haven’t even looked into my disease. Some people have, and they tell me I’m doing great. The ones I haven’t act like I should be able to just go out and run a mile… super frustrating. How do y’all deal with people that refuse to look into your disease? on Shift.ms

I keep hearing, but you look so healthy. They have no idea the struggling inside my body for the ones that can’t understand. I still try to educate. Send them links to read.
