Both @highlander and I suffer with the same thing, in fact he warns all those starting on Tecfidera to arm themselves with extra tissues! You say yours always starters when you start to eat, mine is more random but as usual at the most awkward/ inappropriate times, usually when I'm up to my elbows in flour😜🥊😂
