Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with MS 3 years ago, and have been receiving monthly Tysabri infusions ever since. I am hoping to move to Sydney, Australia next year, but the biggest obstacle is continuing my treatment over there. I have already found a few clinics over there that provide Tysabri, bu...

UK hot today

Hope all are OK? Feel free to share any cooling down tips. Wet blanket is always a good go to. Can't remember if that was the correct name for it, but it helps.

I've used the transport for over a year now and today I tried to book for my next appointment but got refused because we own a car. I told the lady on days I can drive I still can't drive as far as my appointment but still den...

Hello

Hi everyone, I’m new here πŸ‘‹ I was diagnosed in December 2024, my first symptom was numbness in my legs back in 2021-22, then optic neuritis in 2023 had landed me in the hospital and so began my MS journey. During that time I was just a few wks shy of moving from upstate NY to the UK for school - it...

UK Civil Service - Medical Retirement

Hi all. I'm approaching 60, have RRMS and I've been struggling with worsening fatigue for nine years. I think I'm coming towards the end of my useful life as a technical computer bloke. I'm very lucky to work for the UK government who treat me well, but I need to start looking at the options for Med...

Summer heat.

How are people dealing with the heat in the UK? I get so much fatigue. Pins and needles in my hands never seem to go away and my back pain keeps flaring up also. I’m currently taking Amitriptyline (but not working). I plan on going back to GP in a couple of weeks.
