Hi lovely people
Any of you self isolating or any of you suffering with the Covid19 virus?
How are you coping?
My MS is kicking off, I think due to anxiety..
Anyone else feeling the same?
Many thanks
Kindest regards
Birdi
Morning folks,

Another day of splendid isolation in Shadbolt Towers awaits. Thankfully, I have the enforced long-term company of the delightfully cheerful (so far) Mrs Shadbolt.

This update will be more MS and less of me making sideswipes at the Buffoon and the Orange Genius. I think we all r...
Well Howdy,

Apols for the delay. I ain't being paid and had a lie-in on fresh sheets. If you don't get it then I fear you never will. Fresh. Bedlinen. I am being stupid because, frankly, the entire world is barmy at the moment. Please indulge me.

Longish but hopefully not boring. I have put the really good stuff at the end so if you don't want the Dom waffle scroll to the middle part called MS and start from there.

Morning everyone,

Read to the end for a present. Scroll past everything if you like to skip the daily homily.

Now we are all officially - I think, this govt is the flip-flop special edition one and not what most of us thought we had ordered. Watching the Buffoon prounounce daily feels like going...

Morning All,

Such a gorgeous day. Mrs S and I were out walking alongside the river just before 0700. A frost but the lovely sun. C was wrapped up, I was in shorts as my summer dress sense is driven by my inner-Canadian. 7.5km as halfway to the planned turning point we looked at one another and si...

Odd how there seems to be little mention of Covid-19 in Russia. It isn't known for information transparency and apparently there are c. 2800 cases in a massive country. Seems reliable info is hard to come by.

MS Stuff that caught my eye. Quite a interesting post from Prof David Baker about whether or not a DMT may be a good thing to be on if you catch (you will) Covid-19. All theoretical and he tries to unpack the th...

BoJo HAS IT - really, you're not dreaming. I hope Rishi doesn't. Far from perfect but an order of magnitude better than the Buffoon. IMHO.

The Donald seems to think that nature understands the greatness of the US and has sped up the Covid-19 development there as a result. Apparently they are flattening the curve faster than anyone else and get back to normal pretty sharpish. He is an extraordinarily strange man....

I am waiting for this sudden mist to burn off so I can do my walk in better visibility. In other news, my bread is getting better. Incrementally. After 3 weeks of living in one another's pockets, Mrs S and I have been rather techy with one another this morning. To be expected. Imagine our ...
