MS & Covid19

Hi lovely people Any of you self isolating or any of you suffering with the Covid19 virus? How are you coping? My MS is kicking off, I think due to anxiety.. Anyone else feeling the same? Many thanks Kindest regards Birdi

I lost 3.5 lbs in weight in the three days following the Boris-edict. I thought I was being smart signing up to a month free subscription to a digital newspaper. When I saw its first headline ' 'Economic Armageddon on the way'' I decided that reading the papers was to be avoided. Decided instead to pay the £5.99 a month for Netflix.
