Study Supports MS Disability Test Score as Outcome Measure in Trials

I really, really wish that this was a standard when diagnosed with MS. And that these tests were done on a regular basis (say every 5 years) for anyone with MS so you, as the patient, can assess how you are doing and where you may end up as a sort of prognosis (taken from MS News Today): Adding tw...

SPMS trials

Any SPMSers out there on a drug trial? I finally got on Cladriplas @ Barts London but my NfL not high enough to get the cladribine treatment. Missed out on Campath (Alemtuzemab) trial in 2012 when still diagnosed RR because I was deemed too mobility impaired even though I could walk 500m unaided, al...

Good Tuesday Morning!! My name is Trisha and I'm ecstatic to meet you all. I have NMO. A rare form of MS and I must say that without clinical trials I wouldn't be here to socialize with you guys. I'm Grateful.

Have any of you ever taken part in drug trials ?

I havnt myself, although I’ve never been asked. I’m not sure what my response would be. That brings me to my next question. Are there any “game changer” close to if not a cure drugs in trials at the moment ?

Hey! I m going to start Mavenclad pretty soon and I’m a little scared of the cancer side effect. My doctor reassured me that it is, in fact, very rare and I know that it happend in clinical trials, where the dose was higher. Anyway, from what I’ve read, it is a pretty good medicine. Anyone on Mavenclad that can tell me more about it?
