Weight Loss

Hey everyone! I’ve been trying work on losing weight while managing MS, and it’s definitely been a challenge with the fatigue and other symptoms. I wanted to ask — has anyone here had success with weight loss? What helped you most, and what struggles did you face along the way?

Weight loss capsules

Basically I have tried to lose weight by exercising going for walks, squats etc... But it's just not working. I've looked on a popular website at these weight loss capsules and they have got 5/5 ratings. The only problem is I'm not sure how they would react or if they would react with my MS tablets?...

Weight loss and MS

Has anyone else noticed any correlation between MS and weight loss? I have been randomly losing weight for about 6 months now. I was only diagnosed in July, but I’ve had problems way before then. Now I’m dropping weight like crazy, went from 260+ to 222.2. I know it’s healthier, but I feel weak all ...

Weight Loss

I’ve been thinking of going on a weight loss injection. Is anyone on one? Has it affected your MS symptoms? Some friends and fam are saying don’t do it because I don’t know how it will effect me. Others are saying do it.

Anyone got any relevant stories or pointers / links? (I can't seem to work out how to search speakeasy) Cheers, A...
