Weight loss
Now I’m trying to lose weight does anyone have any tips. I’m vegan and I don’t drink or smoke I don’t have caffeine at all I’m wanting to join the gym just worried about the effects it will have. I used to go to the gym 5 days a week before I was diagnosed with MS . I just want to get some ideas on the best way a go about it
I started the 5/2diet i read somewhere it was good to do once a week for ms, i did feel better but I'm already slim so stopped because I was losing too much weight, sorry but i don't know about going to the gym but i think any exercise would be good for you, I'm a vegan too most people think all vegetarians and vegans are skinny and pale 😁
@simone2 yeah I find that when I say I’m vegan people look at me funny because I’m not skinny and pale. I’m not super big just want to drop a few pounds. I’ll look at the 5/2 diet see if it helps thank you for getting back to me
