I gad a gastric bypass 3+ years ago. After I hit 40 I couldn't get my body to loose the weight I wanted so I went on to take wegovy which I still take now. I was diagnosed with Spinal MS 11 months ago. I can't say it has added a significant issue with my other medications but the muscle weakness and depletion has been significant. It's hard to know if it's from my MS or the wegovy. I'd speak to your doctor and ask about risks with your other medications and side effects to see if it's something you can tolerate and will help.
I’m currently on mounjaro along with my kesimpta, I was on mounjaro before I knew I had MS but I don’t think I’ve felt a difference just the usual side effects I get
