Relapse

Hi guys. I've had my first relapse for the last 3 weeks. Feet are partially numb, feel scalded, burning and aching; swollen feeling. Painful when I have a shower. Not sure if I should just rest or can I do exercise? Don't want to make things worse.

So i finally got to see my GP who knows me and my health issues. It has been established that i have no infections so my GP said for me to contact the MS relapse team which i did.
