Ms relapse and pneumonia

Has anyone had the bad misfortune of experiencing these two episodes, at the same time. It’s like double the aches and pains, might try to take two different painkillers to see if that helps. 💊💊

Am I relapsing

Yesterday I lost control of my bladder.I starter to wee before I could get to the toilet. It's happen another two times after that . I've seen if I can hold it for a few minutes but it comes out . This is new to me, would this be a relapse .?
