Relapse :(

For the last couple of weeks I have been waking up through the night randomly with some very strange symptoms. I have woken up to generally feeling really "offish" and although I have been led in bed in a dark room with my eyes closed. I seem to have been "seeing" flashes in my vision, even to the extent that it would look like I am seeing flames! (Very strange,I am not tripping on any drug or medication honestly.) I have also on a couple of occasions when up with a completely numb arm. My legs literally feel like led, both during the day and at night time. Last night I woke up again to the right hand side of my body feeling numb down my right arm and leg. My feet also have been numb. What was also disturbing was my mouth and tongue felt numb, which freaked me out if I am honest. I am starting to feel very anxious as I am bricking it worrying that I am going to wake up and will be unable to move at all. The numbness tends to come and go randomly throughout the day now but is worse at night, it seems as though, the longer it has been going on the worst it is getting. I haven't had a major relapse for quite a few years now (probably 4 or 5 years ago) where my right leg went numb for a fortnight. This feels alot different though as I am struggling to think straight and concentrate and my anxiety levels are through the roof. Are there any others which have had similar symptoms to what I seem to be having at the moment and is there anything I can do/take to ease the anxiety? I am not currently taking any anti depressants or anything as last time I took some, they seemed to make things worse.
@Kanara

I’ve woken up a couple of times with a dead arm, I put it down to having fallen asleep with my arm in an odd position, does the feeling come back quickly after you manage to move it?

@Underdog

@Kanara Hi, not really, anything between 30 minutes to 2 hours. The longer it's been going on, it's been getting worse. I just lie there almost not able to move. Possibly not wanting to, in case I don't want to know how bad it is. My legs have started to numb up this afternoon whilst sat on my sofa. I also seem to be having an internal tremor going on, which is something I have not had before. I £%^_ING hate this disease.
