Dating

So here’s something outside of my usual and Occasional posts. I haven’t been on date Since 2019 (I’m single) And it’s only because I refuse to go on a date, considering my physical disability. Guys are still interested. I just have a really big ego I guess and I don’t except the offer even tho I wa...

For those married

I have been married to my amazing husband for 16yrs n the past 4 yrs I don't have any desire for intimacy. He's faithful and patient. What do you do you do or does anyone take supplements to help?

MS, Perimenopause, and HRT

Hi, everyone. I was wondering if those of you with RRMS who are still experiencing periods of sorts and are currently using (or have tried) HRT wouldn’t mind sharing your experiences, positive or negative, in terms of the impact it has had on you, your lifestyle, and in particular your MS. With t...

The intimacy of the Lumbar Puncture

I went to see Bright Places yesterday, and of course there's a scene with the confirmation LP at Dx. (I can't believe their docs were making This Is Spinal Tap jokes she didn't get, when for me it was the other way round) And she gets this Hot AF Irish Junior Doctor. (I'm picturing mid-2010s Jamie...

Intimacy issues

This is one for the male MS sufferers, I've had MS for a long time now and am struggling with erection issues. Does any other male suffer from this? I am on a very high dose of Viagra but for the last year it rarely works and now it's starting to affect my long term relationship

Intimacy & Conception

So long story short, I’ve found the love of my life and she’s very accepting and support of my MS and my therapy. I couldn’t ask for better. For the men with MS, does MS affect having kids or trying too??

New to this and gastrointestinal issues

Good morning! I'm in the process of being diagnosed and my dr keeps asking me about "bathroom" issues. While I don't have incontinence or bladder issues, I do have a problem with my lower abdomen at times being very tender, sore, and bloated. It's almost a constipation like feeling but not const...

this is good to know

Dating someone with MS, or being in a relationship with them, can be a source of happiness and contentment. However, the condition can also be challenging, meaning people may need to adapt their approach to spending quality time together, intimacy, and maintaining an emotional connection.
