MS info day SE9

On 14th July MS volunteers will be collecting donations in their annual Information Day at Passey Place local to me in Eltham, I managed to drag myself on one occasion to donate and talk about my MS woes. However it is invariably too warm for me to even attempt to make an appearance; and looking at...

The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America just launched The MSAA Tr...

recommended books on MS?

Any recommendations on MS books that you have found useful? I am looking for anything from overall newbie MS info to diet and aromatherapy. I have seen so many and feel a bit lost in choosing a couple to purchase. I also like a good blog, but sometimes love to just have a book in hand! Thanks.

Cannabis

Maybe I'm not up to date on this app but I was scrolling through some posts about pain and I was surprised that cannabis is rarely mentioned for pain management, sleep and general wellbeing. Personally it's made a massive difference in my own battle over the years for the better and I'm just surpris...

A possible MS diagnoses

Hey. I’ve recently had an MRI scan which showed central demyelination in my spinal cord and it’s most likely to be MS (still waiting for a confirmation and you know what waiting lists are like). I’m a little nervous as I already have chronic seizures, Fibromyalgia and FND so I was hoping to find a ...
