Wondering if anyone here has tried the Overcoming MS Diet or Terry Wahls diet? I'd previously been doing the Terry Wahls diet for a couple years but wondering if I should consider the Overcoming MS Diet instead? Any experiences would be a huge help!! Thank you X

I lost my mum in December... my dog in February and my horse 4 weeks ago lifes not being over kind to me atm, iv packed on so much weight . What can we eat and what cant we eat i love food im not a big take out person but i have a family who likes homemade fried chicken peppered steak fry ups probably all the things i shouldnt eat we also eat healthy veggies fruit the normal but certain foods wipe me out more
