Evening all I'm seeing loads of post about a new ms diet..... I lost my mum in December... my dog in February and my horse 4 weeks ago lifes not being over kind to me atm, iv packed on so much weight . I'm on anti depression tablets and my anxiety is at a new high . I hate how I look but struggling to loose weight ...... HELP xxxxx

Sorry for your loss. Sounds very upsetting. I guess food can act as an emotional support. Food can also become a habit. A bit like popcorn in the cinema. It can be super hard to break, especially when experiencing emotional trauma. I’m keto, I lost a couple of kilograms initially, but now I’m about the same. I also fast. Fasting or time restricted eating, can be an easy way to cut/curb excessive eating. All the best.
