These days, I do protein bars (without the added vitamins, as I already take daily vitamins, and I don’t need to overdose on vitamins,) fruits, nuts, and then a light dinner. Calories in, calories out. If you are exercising a ton, you can eat just about anything. If you are more sedentary, then you need to adjust volume of intake, and quality. Avoid sugary sodas, teas, coffees. All of that liquid sugar adds up quickly, and if it is not exercised off goes straight to long term storage. Veggies, fruits, and nuts are definitely our friends. Anti-inflammatory is definitely a great thing to look for in a meal choice.
