Sleepy!!

Hey all... Lately I've been exhausted!! I'm not sure if this is an MS thing, a heat thing or a thyroid thing. (I've got hypothyroid and take meds for it) How does everyone deal with this?! Are there over the counter uppers or can a doctor prescribe me something? By the time I get home from work...

Tired and sleepy but unable to sleep

Anyone else getting massive bags under their eyes? I can't even really sleep at night so I sleep in the afternoon. I get five to six hours sleep, weird routine as a nocturnal person but I don't mind being awake at night. Anyone know if it's anything like a problem?

A Weird Sleepy Night

I had one of those weird sleep paralysis moments last night. It felt like something or someone was holding me down and I tried to fight back. I dreamed myself escaping and grabbing my attacker trying to prevent their escape, I even tried turning on a lamp to see the perp. The weirdest part of all of...

Sleepy sleepy

So difficult to get out of bed whilst this medication is still in your system. Amitriptyline is like a way to catch-up on many hours of lost sleep, however I think I shall reduce my mg down to 10 from 20. I can't quite sleep without it but I need to start seeing more hours of daylight.

Do What You Enjoy..............

I am almost a 78 yr. old female who has had PPMS for almost 30 yrs. At first I carried on as if I didn't have the disease. Over the yrs. it has progressed to where I don't drive, use a Walker inside my home and a Wheelchair outside. I am incontinent which I hate and now rarely go outside unless I...
