Yesterday a day of dragging my leg walking dead style. Normally a nights sleep recharges me but this morning still dead man walking. Whole day of monster and red bull 🤷

Not a great day, but happy to at least have normal BMs for the last week or so not the random, little to no-warning incontinence. Now if only my worrisome brain would also let me have a full, sound, sleep. wirhout any rude wake-ups

Exhaustion from working out

Hello, I’m new here, just joined today. My question is, when you work out 3 times a week for a couple of months,do you find yourself way more exhausted then normal? To the point that you feel like you just need to sleep for 3 days?

I'm not diagnosed yet. Waiting to go through alllll the appts and tests. But could someone tell me what AFO and FEZ mean? AND Does anyone get more body jerks when they are tired or in a transition to sleep also?
