@It's been 7 years since I have seen a neurologist and a year since I have seen a MD. I have also have high blood pressure diabetes and fibromyalgia and have really bad mental health I don't have any Meds for any of it you look at me and I want to start crying is there anything I can do other than stay calm and get to at least aMD.before I explode on Shift.ms

Smoke a bowl lol weed always makes everything better. Is a bit nuts been that long tho docs normally like to do yearly check ups. Got 3rd neuro apt in a year next Tuesday tho i was just recently diagnosed so June last year she found the ms in my mris then September last year had another apt with her now 3rd next week tho this one isn’t with her just a member of her team
