I think I suffer from SAD...seasonal affect depression. I'm loving the weather so far. I get up most days and go for a walk it really does help with the fatigue, mental health issues and overall mood. How are you guys.

It's been 7 years since I have seen a neurologist and a year since I have seen a MD. I have also have high blood pressure diabetes and fibromyalgia and have really bad mental health I don't have any Meds for any of it you look at me and I want to start crying is there anything I can do other than stay calm and get to at least aMD.before I explode
