Anyone else stuff with mental health problems?
I'm in crisis at the minute so all over place. Sleeping all day and up all night. I've had problems before when I was sectioned.

I'm sorry to hear you're suffering with you MH, I am also. I'm currently finding it hard to find any positivity in life and currently feel that if this is how the rest of my life is going to be what's the point. Have you spoken with your GP they've been really good with me and unfortunately, I'm back on antidepressants but if it's going to help me come out the other end then so be it. What are you struggling with? Maybe opening up with us might help. Sending you big loves xxx
