I have been struggling with my depression symptoms the last few months- the symptoms are getting more intrusive in my daily life and effecting my roles as a wife and a Mom. I have a counseling psychiatric appt later this week and I am so nervous for what she may say she thinks I may need. I don’t want to have to be on an antidepressant. There are so many blessings in life, but my viewpoint has been so dim these days though and I know I need help.

Maybe MS

I have had mental illness like depression most of my adult life. Nothing seems to work. So, with health professionals I'm thinking of testing for MS. I'm 74. Am I too late?

Did my depression cause MS or MS caused my depression. One thing I'm learning so far is the importance of processing my emotions and learn to let things go, we have the right to feel and to let it. I have held on to anger, grief, resentment and disappointment so long, seeing the connection to inflammation and how it affects our bodies, I wished I had the tools to process my feelings and let them go. Never too late to learn right

Life is challenging!!

23 years of age, after a year of struggle I was diagnosed on 9th jan this year. Told there's multiple lesions on spinal cord and brain. Neurologist said its rrms, but what I'm confused about is that even during the 'relapses' and 'remissions' the pins and needles in my hands and feet are still there...

Anyone else experiencing depression?

Nobody sees me cry but I been crying in the shower or in the dark..I don't think my family would be ok if they new emotionally days I'm struggling to be positive
