All you need to know but are afraid to ask..COVID19

If you’d like some proper science the Dr Baker (neuroscientist) has broken it down here. TLDR; it is well worth getting the jab. https://multiple-sclerosis-research.org/2024/10/all-you-need-to-know-but-are-afraid-to-ask-covid19/

Timing of your annual flu and COVID-19 vaccines

Prof G has written an article about this recurring question. The TL;DR version is do it asap as there is no value in waiting. The B cells are fully suppressed. Personally speaking: when I came off ocrelizumab (Ocrevus) it took 72 weeks to get a hint of a B cell after 5 full infusions. Full art...

about that really long cold…

Regarding to my last post I went to the A&E to get checked out and guess what? It turned out I had Covid 19+ pneumonia and a lower respiratory tract infection😭I genuinely forget I’m immunospurssed sometimes because that combination truly made me laugh out of shock. No wonder I felt so sick AND ou...

Of the three components of existential anxiety number 2: anxiety related to loss of meaning in life, is the one that I see most when I communicate with people who struggle with...

Covid 19 Vaccine and MS

I went from being very healthy hardly ever being sick nothing more than a cold to now having MS. There is no doubt in my mind that I’ve been vaccine injured. I received my 1st Covid shot back in May 2021 and then the 2nd half in June 2021. I got very sick after the shot felt like I was going to pass...

Covid-19 Handling

**Thanks for the replies. Looks like everyone does what they are comfortable with. I am not ready to "go back to normal", so I will continue doing what I have been. Take care, all! :) How are you all handling covid-19? Especially those on B cell depleting treatments. I've been shielding at home (...

Hello, My tests and diagnosis are suggestive of MS

2 years ago, just at the start of COVID-19, I had pains at the back of my neck and lower shoulder, was relieved after treatment and then 9 months ago, I began staggering when walking. Remarkably, one day in November 2022, I could not walk and had to be helped. Now after lots of tests and MRI scans, ...

MS and relationships.

I was diagnosed with RRMS in March 2022, after having Covid-19, 6 times in 8 months. Since diagnosis, things are progressively getting worse, such as my cognitive function, speech, tiredness, and pain. My memory is terrible now to the point where I am repeating my sentences over and over again, and ...
