Having really bad, mostly work related, anxiety at the moment. Feeling like I'm not good at anything and letting everyone down :(

I suffer severe Anxiety.Sometimes it comes on all of a sudden.Does anybody know and thing to take that works quickly .sometimes I take Valium that I get illegally.I also smoke cannabis in the night but don’t want to smoke in the day time .
