Anxiety
I was just at a hotel for my dad's birthday and it was getting really loud and lots of people in the restaurant, I started to get the feeling of just needing to get out of there and I started feeling really shakey, has anyone felt like that and any ideas to help prevent feeling this way , help please
Hey! Yes I deal with this when things get too much for me I take myself off into a smaller room even if it’s the bathroom for a couple of minutes. I also get really hot when I get anxious so I run my wrists under the tap and it seems to calm me down. Also speaking to someone whilst your experiencing anxiousness can help alot in the moment
