Anxiety

Lately I have been really wound up, flip at little things, make little things seem bigger. If out for a drink I'm ready to punch someone, which I won't, feel like I'm shitting down inside my head. Does or has anyone felt like this?

Anxiety and sadness

It’s easy to ignore your MS and I’m used to pretending I’m “normal”. Sometimes though I’ll think about it and it does hurt and make me sad and scared. The past 5 years my symptoms have progressed and it’s a lot harder to do things other people get to do. I’m usually not too discouraged but I am a li...

Praying through anxiety

Hi folks! I'm a Christian and I'm finding praying really helps me when I'm feeling super anxious. Are any of you religious and finding that it helps to manage the mental side of things?

I was diagnosed last year because my left leg went numb but I had been having symptoms most of my teenage/adult life (diagnosed at 29) and I am scared to wake up without the ability to see or walk! Please tell me I am not the only one… Milwaukee, WI but originally from Venezuela 🇻🇪. My symptoms we...
