My walking has been lousy for a few months. Today my neurologist said the way I’m moving means I’ve got spasticity. Any advice to help sort this? Thanks

Does anyone take anything or do anything for spasticity. I take 1 muscle relaxer in the morning and 1 at night. My right ankle stiffs up. I do my stretching in the morning but later around noon time my ankle stiffs up again.

Hi all Stumnler don't shout at me lol I was wondering how spasticity if it's what I am experiencing, develops? Does it stay mild for some people? Does it come and go? Does it flare up and can it be part of a relapse or something that occurs alongside the disease? Any experience anyone?
