Spasticity
My walking has been lousy for a few months.
Today my neurologist said the way I’m moving means I’ve got spasticity.
Any advice to help sort this?
Thanks

@dannyj You could ask for baclofen which is a muscle relaxant , surprised they didn't mention it. Plus if you do gentle stretching exercise a bit like a warm up at the gym kinda helps keeps things from seizing up. Hope that helps
@dannyj I take Baclofen twice a day and it definitely helps, Spasticity still occurs but not as regularly as it did pre Baclofen.
