After reading all your comments and after much deliberation, I opted for, and started my first loading dose of Kesimpta on this week. I should also state that I still had reservations up until the moment the lovely MS Nurse attended my home. Took paracetamol, turmeric tablet (instead of ibuprofen)...

The latest Dr Boster post on yt details some medicines out there than can help people with MS walk better/exercise. I am particularly interested in Ampyra and Adderal to help walking and exercise more effectively. I asked my MS team and surprise, surprise these are not available in England.
