Covid boosters

Hi! This is only for people on Kesimpta! I’m wondering how you guys are doing Covid boosters? My doc says to wait until it’s time for my Kesimpta shot, get the booster, then wait two weeks to take Kesimpta. I know Covid is spiking again so I really want to get my shot asap. I’m wondering if you guys are hearing the same advice from MS specialists?

I was told it's fine to get a Covid booster even if you are on Kesimpta as they don't interact but, if your doc says space the jab and dosage by 2 weeks, maybe they actually do idk? I decided not to go for a booster while on dmt anyway, it's probably why I caught covid twice while on this dmd. 🙄

Any non live vaccines ( we can’t have live ) need to be taken in the middle of the K month , so 2 weeks after the K jab and 2 weeks before the next one . I know they advise boosters but there’s no way I’ll be ever having another covid one . Personal choice and I’m not an anti vax but no way to the covid one it causes more trouble than covid does . I’ve opted out and will Will go with plan b if I get Covid .. the antivirals .
