Scared of disease progression even with DMT (long read)

I’m relatively new to this whole MS thing having gotten recently diagnosed and I haven’t had enough time to process this given that I’ve been distracting myself with work so much. To my detriment at times. My diagnosis has been a bit weird and quite dramatic but I’ll just vent here and hopefully s...

Feeling depressed

I have been dealing with health issues for 3 years now. My doctor said it’s in my head and the pain isn’t too bad so deal with it. It started off with tingling in my legs after a hard walk. Then I would bend my neck down and then tingling down my spine. Now it’s tingling and numbing in my legs, wais...

Brain fog

Anyone else have a hard time remembering the simplest things? Or words? Like I can see the word in my head, but can't remember how to say it! I feel so dumb sometimes

Has anyone tried lionsmane with MS?

I've just started using lionsmane, but looking at types of people who shouldn't take it, MS sufferers are in that category due to it stimulating your immune system. I know its only early days (3 to be precise) but 18 months of Brian fog has disappeared 🤯 I haven't felt this wide awake for a long ti...
