It's the little things in life....

I've just treated myself to a lovely new armchair and what a difference it makes. It's a high backed chair with a high seat base and sturdy arms (i.e. a granny chair!!), all of which make it so easy to get up out of. No more struggling to get up out of a slouchy sofa! Ahhhh, it's the little thin...

It's pretty hard going when I love the #greatoutdoors so much and can't get into the great outdoors. I am going to make up a new word to fill this niche. Armchair-inista. It works for me.

What do you get up to these days? Before MS, I played sport and did a lot of hiking and birdwatching. I had an extreme physical job. All these things back when living in England. Help ...smell sensitivity 😕
