pain?

does anyone have constant lower back ache. when walking, bending, moving certain ways? dunno if it’s the ms or just me being me? if so what do you take for pain relief? paracetamol and ibuprofen just aren’t cutting it

Some days I just want the pain to stop. But not it just is there. I know it will never stop and being a Vet on top of it all just makes getting through each day so hard sometimes. My grandson helps me so much.
