I’ve been using Tecfidera for one week and I feel super tired and fatigue, I wonder if its because of the medication. Is anyone else having the same side effects?

Has anyone ever had a reaction to Tecfidera ? I took my first tablet yesterday and ended up covered in a red rash covered head to toe. Also a very itchy mouth ! Luckily I had a antihistamine in my bag. I've been told not to take my more until I speak to my neurologist.
