Emotional Episodes
Do you ever find yourself at a point where you get so angry with the MS side effects that all you want to do is cry and/or yell? I do a lot but then my husband reminds me how I still am able to work and slow walk to everywhere I want to and others are not able to...while I agree I still get so emotional and angry...do ya get this way?

I think we all do, I know I do. MS is a complex and draining condition to live with and I find when I have to deal with more than my usual background pain and symptoms it can be incredibly frustrating and emotionally draining. Knowing that other people have more difficulties can certainly help with perspective sometimes, but we are all living our own lives and dealing with our own burdens, it's only natural for that to be too much sometimes even if others do have it worse
I believe you should be all to feel, and show your emotions. Your feelings are perfectly valid, and should be treated with respect. I am in an emotional rollercoaster 🎢 state, all day, every day. Some days I am extremely frustrated, and angry, other days deep sadness sets in, for a short spell. I allow the emotions to come forth, and then allow them to wane, without giving them the ability to make me sad. Ebb, flow, allow it to go, works for me, sometimes.
