For last week or so, i had a few mild single thuds in my chest (right side) different times of day, after beeing active or just resting, chest muscles have felt achy at points and some really mild cramp like feeling in between the ribs (not tied in with the Thuds they happen just at random) works been heavy and iv felt week/heavy in some of my extremities (I.e MS affected arm and legs mostly) anyone have any of these symptoms?
