Exercise
Looking for advice on low impact exercise 's. I need to start being more physically active, but dont want to make things worse or be out of commision from exercising.
Any advice would be appreciated,

You don't have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great! 🌟 Take small steps to become just 1% better every day. 💪💧 Drink more water, track your sleep, and maybe add a yoga class to your routine. 🧘♀️ Remember, your body doesn't have to be a temple; it can be a well-organized church. Stay strong! 🙌
