I try to do around 20-30 minutes of light exercise every day, such as fast walking or jogging. Sometimes fatigue doesn’t allow, but I find if I push myself a little bit only I feel better afterwards. I used to go to the gym, and may again in the future. I find cycling and weight machines are ok, but rowing and stretching lower body makes my numbness worse (Neuro has confirmed it’s not causing harm, but it’s rather unpleasant). I find pushing through fatigue was OK in my 20s/early 30s, but now I need to listen to my body and not push too hard.
@Catlover2 I find I feel better and seem more energetic after I've worked out luckily fatigue doesn't seem to hit me to much so hopefully that continues I have found my strength isn't what it was though
