Hello everyone...I've just had my dose of amitriptyline upped to 40mg..I was just wondering for those of you that are on it what is the best time to take it ...one doctor told me to take it at 6pm another said 2 hours before bed...what works best for you

Thanks to all for your comments on Amitriptyline. Still making up my mind what to do. I’ve changed my sleeping position which might have helped.
