Amitriptyline

I’m on the Above tablets to help me sleep and to ease the pain I seem to be getting aching hands and fingers Was wondering if anyone else takes this pill .

Ive been on it for two weeks so far for nerve pain, from suspected piriformis syndrome. Took about a week and a half to get over the fatigue caused as a side effect and now back to my normal fatigue levels. Its taken the edge off the pain but im on minimum dose (10mg). I dont think I will go higher as extra fatigue was brutal and I can function with the pain. Will certainly help with sleep.

Thanks for the info I started on 10mg but have built upto 50mg that’s what I’ve been talking for about a month Certainly helps me sleep as I was really struggling
