Has anyone had their vitamin D level change randomly? I had a normal level last year when I was diagnosed and 6 months ago when tested again. But I just had my levels tested before my infusion and my Dr said they were low. I am just hoping it doesn’t mean anything bad! My doctor prescribed me a high...

Just need some help, I've been taking 1000 I.U for ages, but I've been told to start taking 4000 I.U but I couldn't find any 4000 so got 3000 I.U, does any one else take vitamin D with 3000 I.U, just wanna check I'm doing the right thing. Thanks guys

Hey you guys I was just scrolling thru FB and came across someone talking about immune disorders and vitamin D. My question is any one with a diagnosis have an issue w vitamin d levels?My doc had put me on some last yr but I forget to take, she said it could be reason for migraines 🙄

Vitamin D , anyone else get bad Headaches ? from taking

Spoke to my MS Nurse and consultant and they think I am mad and dismiss me I tried the lowest dose, but after a week, still really bad headaches. Stopped again, and my head is fine and I can function again Just interested to know if anyone else has this problem ? Thanks : )

It is normal practice for MS nurse to tell your children to go on 4000 iu of vitamin d and for your Grandchildren 3,000 iu nose spray. My daughter thinks she is having some side effects from the vitamin d and she not sure what to do?
