Vitamin D
It is normal practice for MS nurse to tell your children to go on 4000 iu of vitamin d and for your Grandchildren 3,000 iu nose spray.
My daughter thinks she is having some side effects from the vitamin d and she not sure what to do?

Hi @Keenan, vitamin D is shown to be both neuro-protective and good for our immune systems. We also know that living at our latitude means we don't get enough sun. That said, if your daughter is reporting negative side effects reducing her dosage to 3000 iu might be helpful. I can't speak for your MS nurse specifically, but I think the advice is solid.
I found the sprays made me feel light headed... I've not had any issues with tablets despite them being a higher dosage. By most accounts, Vit D definitely has it's positives so maybe try a lower dosage or different intake method 🤞
